FastDigest系列限制性内切酶可完美应用于需要高纯度反应组分、需
要稳定性能表现的实验应用,或应用于简单的反应建立。
为了更加方便,我们研发出了FastDigest绿色缓冲液,其与FastDigest
无色缓冲液
样,在DNA酶切和下游实验应用中具有相同的高效率。
该绿色缓冲液包含
种密度试剂和两种示踪染料,从而可以将反应混
合物直接上样进行凝胶电泳。蓝色染液在1%琼脂糖凝胶中的迁移速度

5 kb DNA片段接近,并在424 nm处出现激发峰;黄色染液在1%
琼脂糖凝胶中的迁移速度稍快于10 bpDNA片段,在615 nm处出现
激发峰。所有FastDigest限制性内切酶在FastDigest绿色缓冲液中均具
100%的活性。
对于需要用荧光激发进行酶切产物分析的实验应用(如在紫外光下测
量浓度),我们建议使用无色的FastDigest缓冲液。
