MCE Amphotericin B, Sterile 来源于结节链霉菌（Streptomyces nodosus），是一种多烯类抗真菌抗生素，可与真菌细胞膜的固醇类物质结合，形成跨膜通道，导致细胞内物质外漏到膜外，破坏真菌正常代谢并引起死亡，从而用于抑制真菌和酵母的污染。

Description & Advantages:

Amphotericin B is a polyene antifungal antibiotic produced by Streptomyces nodosus. It can bind with sterols to form transmembrane channels, resulting in the leakage of intracellular substances, thus inhibiting fungal and yeast contamination.

This solution contains 250 μg Amphotericin B and 205 μg sodium deoxycholate per milliliter. Sodium deoxycholate is a solubilizer in distilled water.
