类核周体

类核周体是在许多动物卵母细胞发育中出现的特殊结构。不同学者观察不同动物时,从不同角度曾给有多种名称。有人曾认为此结构与卵黄形成有关, 故称之为卵黄核。电镜下观察它与核仁的结构相似称为核仁样体或类核仁体、核排出物。也有因观察到大量的线粒体聚集而称之为线粒体群。方永强等(1996) 在研究文昌鱼的卵母细胞超微结构时, 建议使用类核周体(nuage) 这一术语。
